Suggested apparel for your portrait session

To achieve a timeless and classic portrait please keep in mind the following suggestions when preparing for your portrait session. Avoid clothing that displays text, images, or busy patterns. Especially for group portraits choose a color theme that simplifies the look of your family portrait. Busy patterns and colors are particularly distracting in group portraits. Favorite color themes include: white and denim, black and denim, white and khaki, black and khaki. Please do not stress over coordinating shoes and socks...I will almost always ask that you take them off anyway. However if you do prefer to wear shoes and socks in your portrait please choose them carefully as the wrong selection can easily take away for your portrait.

I will photograph portraits of all desired combinations of individuals present during your session. If you would like a portrait of the entire group it is best to start out with those portraits while everyone is fresh and dressed in a color theme. For individual portraits bring separate outfits.
Anywhere up to three changes of clothing is encouraged.
Sessions usually last somewhere around an hour.

Portrait Sessions

Sitting Fee $100 This includes any immediate family members, additional subjects are $25 each.

All prints, gallery wraps, portrait books, portrait jewelry, etc... are a la carte.

Saturday portrait sessions and on location portrait sessions are each an additional $50.
